Video & Important to Know!
- Must bring Seaman’s Book (ID, or passport) and last Medical Certificate.
- If this is the first time (or interruption of 5+ years), must bring these references:
- Form u/27 from Family Physician;
- Reference from the Psychiatry Centre;
- Reference from the Narcology Centre
- Must come on empty stomach or at least 2 hours after the last meal.
- In case of health problems (diabetes, blood pressure, etc.), must have references from attending doctor, that state the diagnose and reccommendations.
- In case of weight problems, BMI> 30, must pass endurance test.
- There is a possibility (extra 10EUR) to have laboratory results quicker (in 1 - 1.5h).
